NEW EEOC POSTER

The poster was revised to add information about the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, which becomes effective November 21, 2009. The revised poster also includes updates from the Department of Labor.

The new poster is available in a downloadable format in the Forms & Notices section of TXANS website.

Downloadable copies of the nonsubscriber written notice for employees are available in the forms section of this website.
